Most Workgroups Customers have both Test and Live instances of Workgroups DaVinci.

The Test instance is for testing elements of the system, including your workflows.

Because of this, you may find that at some point, you need to copy a template you have created in your Test Instance to your Live, or vice-versa.

To do this:

  • Open the Workgroups instance (test or live) that you will be copying the template from

  • Open the Configuration dropdown and select Advanced Workflow and Scheduling

Config___AWS.png
  • In the Advanced Workflow and Scheduling window, open up your Template List.

AWS___Template_List.png
  • When the template list opens up, click on the template you want to export. Then, when the template opens up, click the Export button.

  • Select and Copy all code in the Export Template window.

  • In the New Template window, give your template an ID and Name.

  • Then click the Import button.

  • Past the code you have copied into the Import box and click the Import button
