Do you have user(s) of Workgroups that are no longer with your company or no longer need access? Do you still need to see the work they've completed in Workgroups? If so, you can utilize the 'Active' checkbox found on the User Entry Window. When this box is checked, the user is considered active and able to access the system. If the box is unchecked, the user can no longer log into Workgroups.
You can find the User Entry Window by logging in as the Administrator. Click the Administration tab in the top tool bar and then select 'Users and Groups.'
From there, you can double click on the user you wish to update.
The user can be changed back to Active at any time by accesses the entry window in the same way.
