An important part of account permissions is making sure users are in the correct roles and groups.
To edit the groups or roles an individual user is in:
Go to Dashboard > Open the People widget
Search for the name of the user whose permissions you want to edit
Click on the result to open the user’s form
Click on “Access and Permissions”
Check boxes next to the roles and groups the user should belong to
Click “Okay” to retain any changes
To edit which users are in a particular role or group:
Go to Administration > Users and Groups
Click on the Group or Role you want to edit
Check boxes next to the names of the users who should belong in the Role or Group
Click “Okay” to retain any changes
