Most information that is displayed in Workgroups is done through something called a 'Form'. Some examples of forms would be:
Job Ticket
β’ Shared Files
Job Schedule
Each of these forms has access permissions. These are controlled by logging in as the Adminstrator and navigating to:
Administration > System Setup > File Cabinet (expand)
Select the Folder Type that contains the appropriate form and expand the 'Forms' child folder ( 'Jobs > Forms' for the examples above)
Click on the form and then click the 'Access' tab
Check boxes next to the Groups, Roles, or individual users who should have access to the form and click 'Save' to retain those changes
