Most information that is displayed in Workgroups is done through something called a 'Form'. Some examples of forms would be:

  • Job Ticket

• Shared Files

  • Job Schedule

Each of these forms has access permissions. These are controlled by logging in as the Adminstrator and navigating to:

  • Administration > System Setup > File Cabinet (expand)

  • Select the Folder Type that contains the appropriate form and expand the 'Forms' child folder ( 'Jobs > Forms' for the examples above)

  • Click on the form and then click the 'Access' tab

  • Check boxes next to the Groups, Roles, or individual users who should have access to the form and click 'Save' to retain those changes
