Open the Desktop Application client as the 'Administrator'

Go to Administration > Library > Import

If you have other windows in the Desktop Application open, you will be prompted to close them. Click 'Yes'

Click "Open" and select your .VTL file

Click ">>" (double arrows in the middle of the screen)

Click "Import"

Your .VTL file should then successfully import
