How to 'Report a Problem' in the Desktop Application

If you ever encounter an error message within the desktop application, you can report a problem directly from the application. Doing so will send the report directly to MetaCommunications Support, providing in-depth diagnostic information to the Support Team, so they can assist in troubleshooting the issue.

  • Click 'Help' in the top toolbar

  • Select the option that says, 'Report a Problem'

  • You can also click 'Report a Problem' from the error message itself, if an error window populates

  • The feedback window will load, allowing you to enter additional details including: Company, Email address, and specific actions taken to receive the error message

  • Ensure the 'Attach application log files' box is checked and click 'Send'

  • You will then see a message at the bottom of the window confirming your submission

  • You can also click 'Report a Problem' from the error message itself, if an error window populates
