Once a New Project has been created and assigned to you, you can access the Project in your Projects Widget, under the assigned tab. Here is some additional information on the Projects Widget.

Once you have opened the project, you will be able to view all Project Details, as well as high level Job info associated with that Project. You can click the Job Name to open each Job.

You can also view the Project Schedule, if there is one.

Now, it is simply a matter of completing Activities on the Project and Related Jobs as they occur and populate in each user's ToDo Widget.

Once all Project and associated Job activities complete, the Project will itself complete and, after seve days, be archived.
