Digital Resources can have keywords applied to them. In some situations, a keyword may no longer apply to a Digital Resource or a group of Digital Resources. The following steps provide a method for deleting keywords from Digital Resources.
Do a Find for the Digital Resources that have the keyword you would like to remove.
Select all of the files so they are highlighted and click Edit.
Enter your keyword into the keywords field with a minus symbol in front of the keyword. For example, if you would like to remove the keyword "Dog" from several files you would enter -Dog.
Click the Update button and your keyword will be removed.
