Another communication tool available within Workgroups, is Workflow Activity Notes. Activity Notes help you communicate important information to the next Activity/User assigned in the workflow.

When you click 'Finish' to complete your assignment, the notes field below is the Workflow Activity Notes field.

They can also be accessed from the Jobs Widget, or at the top of the Job Ticket, next to the Discussion Notes icon. The 'sticky note' icon will turn yellow when new notes are present.

The final way that you can view the Workflow Notes is by opening Activity Details from the To Do Widget.
