There are a few methods of communication available within Workgroups. One way to communicate is via the 'Discussion Notes' feature. Discussion Notes allow for back and forth conversation between Internal users on a Job.

Discussion Notes are found on the top of the Job Ticket, below the various tabs. The 'Send notification' checkbox shown below will send an email notification to users, alerting them of the new note.

Notes can also be accessed from the Jobs widget on your dashboard. The icon will turn blue when a new comment is added (as shown below).
