Installing the Desktop Application is critical to using Workgroups DaVinci. Below is a short video, as well as step by step instructions on how to do this:
Navigate to the deployment page url (this can be obtained from your Administrator) in a web browser
Click 'Download Workgroups Desktop App'
The installer will begin downloading (wait for it to complete)
Will show as .dmg for Mac and .exe for Windows
Once it has downloaded, run the installer file and follow to prompt to double-click the icon to install
Note: on Windows computers it will ask you to Run and Install the Application.
It will also give you the option to "Customize" the application with a custom name.
After the installation has completed, you will be presented with the login page - enter your credentials to access the system
Note: If on a Mac and would like the application to be in the Application Folder, you can drag and drop it after installing the application.
