After a system update has successfully been installed on your server, each user will need to accept an update to the Desktop Application that is installed on their machine. Users will automatically be prompted to accept this update upon launching the application.

  • Launch the Workgroups Application

  • Click 'Ok' after entering your credentials

  • The update will begin

  • Upon completion, the application will open to your default view
