Collaborative users in Approval Manager who have proof management permissions can generate new collaborative users. This functionality allows greater flexibility to collaborative users who are managing the proof to decide on additional collaborative users who are not already setup in the system and assign the new collaborative user to an approval stage on a proof.

To give a collaborative user proof management permissions, perform the following steps:

  1. Log in to the Workgroups Portal as the Administrator.

  2. Click the Administration tab and choose the Permissions link.

  3. Search for the Collaborative Users group.

  4. In the Operations section for Proofs, check the Manage Any checkbox.

  5. Click Save.
