The auto login feature, which can be enabled in the email notification setup section of Approval Manager, is meant to provide Collaborative Users who may not regularly log in to the system an easy way to access Approval Manager without having to keep track of their credentials. When a collaborative user receives an email indicating they have a proof to review, the link to the proof contains additional information that will authenticate the user into the system automatically.

To configure the auto login feature:

  1. Log in to Workgroups Portal as Administrator.

  2. Click the Administration tab. Click the Email Notifications link.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and check the Enable Auto login.

NOTE: Once the option is enabled, all Collaborative Users will have the ability to automatically login and review their proofs by clicking the link provided in the email notification.
