If you have Administrative rights to the server and the proper SQL credentials, the Administrator password can be changed through the MetaCommunications Server Configurator.
To change the password perform the following steps:
Launch the ServerConfigurator. (Start>Programs>MetaCommunications>ServerConfigurator)
Click "Configure"
Click Next to progress through the screens until you get to the window with the heading "Configure the administrative account for the "<database name>" database"
Click the dropdown next to Password. Then enter the new Administrator password and confirm the password.
Click Save
Click Continue
Your Administrator Password has now been updated
