KPI's (Beta)

Note: content below is currently in beta testing and is subject to change based on continued customer feedback. If you have any comments or suggestions please let us know!

Process & Efficiency

The Process & Efficiency KPI page is designed to provide more insight into the granular items that drive productivity in your workflow. Here you can see the average turnaround from requests into jobs, the average duration of jobs and tasks, and plan vs actual performance on completed jobs. You can filter the Task Efficiency widget by date, actor (user who completed the task), and role

Volume & Throughput

The Volume & Throughput page provides historical volume data on requests entered, jobs completed, and tasks completed on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis with trendlines. You can filter by customer, job type, and job finish date

Customer / Department

Lastly, the Customer / Department page provides much of the same info as the previous two, but with a specific focus on customers. Here you can see, by customer, the average turnaround, job duration, average hours spent on jobs, number of jobs finished YTD, and total. As well, in the Customer Production Stats widget, you can see the on-time vs late counts, number of proofs, and distinct job types
