You can configure the notifications you want to receive and how you want to receive them (e-mail vs. in-app). 

To review and update your notification settings, click on your profile picture, select User settings, and navigate to the Notifications tab.

Configure your notifications by checking or un-checking the boxes in the In-app and Email columns.

To turn off all in-app or email notifications, toggle off the channel at the top of the page.
