There are several types of users that can be found in Workgroups DaVinci. 

Admins
​Admins are the users with super powers! They have full access to create, edit and view anything in the system. Admins can also manage users, groups, organization settings and more!

Users
​Users are the bread and butter of Workgroups DaVinci. They can create and manage projects, tasks, proofs and requests, but they cannot perform admin tasks such as managing users and groups.

Collaborators
​Collaborators can submit and manage their own project requests and collaborate on proofs. They have limited access to the rest of the system but you can have an unlimited number!
