Annotating and commenting with Workgroups DaVinci is easy to do! ย

Scroll up or down on your mouse to zoom in or out around the spot where your cursor is pointing, or click and drag when the hand icon is shown to shift what portion of the proof is in view. You can also zoom by using the slider in the upper left.ย

Here are the annotation tools:

From left to right, you can:

  • Add a marker

  • Draw an arrow (just click, drag, and release)

  • Draw a box

  • Draw freehand

  • Drop an emoji

  • Find a color (in HEX, RGB, HSL, or CMYK)

Click Post to save your annotation along with any comment entered, or click 'Cancel' to remove the annotation.

@ Mentioning in Comments

In the comment box, type the @ symbol followed by a team member's name to mention them directly in your comment:

Public & Private Comments

Reduce comment clutter by marking a proof or project comment internal to make it visible only to your team members. Collaborative and anonymous users will not be able to see internal comments
