What is a form?

A form is a customized set of fields that users fill out when creating or requesting projects. Forms help your team complete projects faster by obtaining required project details before the project begins. The information captured on a form is view-able under the Details tab of a project. 

How to create forms

Click on your profile picture and select Account admin.

Navigate to the Forms tab and click + New form

Give your form a name and add as many fields as you would like. When you are done click Save form.

Note: There are a handful of default fields (project name, owners, description, and due date) that will appear on every form.
