When projects of a certain type are created or requested it can be helpful to capture specific information about the project on the front-end. This is made possible by linking a form to a project type.
After a link is made, the user creating or requesting the specific project type will automatically be prompted to fill out the form.

How to create the link:
Click on your profile picture, select Account admin, and navigate to the Project Types tab.
Click on the vertical ellipsis menu for the project type you would like to link a form to and select Edit.
On the project type page select the desired form from the Form drop-down. Click Save project type.
