When you are in the Proofs section of Workgroups DaVinci, there are several tabs that help organize the proofs in your system. 

The My Proofs tab contains proofs that you create. Fairly straight-forward.

The Needs Review tab contains proofs that you have been asked to review. These proofs will remain under this tab until you make a decision to either approve or reject the proof.

Once you make a decision on a proof (approve or reject), the proof will move from the Needs Review tab to the Reviewed tab.

The Team Proofs tab contains all of the proofs that your team members have created. Basically, any proof that does not appear under the My Proofs tab appears here.

The Archived Proofs tab contains all of your (you guessed it)...archived proofs. Proofs can be archived from any tab and restored at any time. When a proof is restored it will move back to the tab that it was archived from.
