To resend an invitation link to a user, click on your profile picture, select Account admin, and navigate to the Users tab.

Click on the vertical ellipsis menu next to the invited user that you wish to resend the link to and select Resend invitation.

Note: The resend invitation option is only available for users who have the status of Invited. If an active user is having trouble accessing Workgroups DaVinci, and needs to reset their password, they can do so by following the steps in this article.
