Widget Enhancements
Persistence
Widgets will persist in the expanded or collapsed state even when users navigate away from the homepage.
Reorder Widgets
Widgets can be reordered on the homepage so users can customize their view.
Admin Tag Management
Admins now have the ability to manage your team's tags. Simply navigate to Account admin and click on the new Tags tab. From there you are able to:
Edit tags
Deactivate tags
Unwanted tags can be deactivated. Deactivated tags will not show up in the tag list for users on projects or tasks.
Proof Tile Redesign
Our proof tiles are now more focused on the actual proof as opposed to its details. You can toggle the details on or off depending on your preference.
Proof Folders
You know how it is, you create one proof, then another, then another, and then you realize that it might be better to group them all together. Now you can!
Create folders
Drag and drop
You have the ability to drag and drop proofs into folders. This can be done either in the board view or the list view.
Create a proof within a folder
Wouldn't it be nice to be able to create a proof within a folder? Dream no more, just go into the folder and click on + New proof. The new proof will automatically be added to the folder.
Other Enhancements
The character limit on project names has been increased to 255 characters
Faster load time for PDFs
Proof overlay icon was moved onto the primary compare screen; previously in the version drop down menu.
Opacity slider now impacts only one proof
Anonymous users can now be @mentioned
New form fields: text only and URL
