May - the month of rain, sun, strawberries and new features! We've got some good ones for you!

Estimating Due Dates

You asked and we provided! πŸ§™β€β™€οΈ

When a user creates a waterfall project or reviews a request, they are able to see estimated due dates for each task in the schedule. The dates are calculated using the project due date and durations assigned to each task.

To add durations to your saved task group tasks, navigate to the Task Groups tab under Admin settings and edit the task group. Note that duration only takes work week days into account (Monday - Friday).

Project Completion Dates

On waterfall projects, you are now able to see a projected completion date. This date is based on the remaining tasks and their durations

Requestor Name on Form

The Requestor name is now visible on the Request Form and the Project Hub.

Task Start Notifications

Users can now receive notifications when tasks assigned to them are started. These notifications can be enabled under User Settings. Click on your profile picture, select User settings, and navigate to the Notifactions tab. Check the boxes for the following two notifications:

  • Task section: "Start: Receive notifications when your tasks begin"

  • Proof section: "Review Start: Receive notifications when your review tasks begin

Enhancements

Proof tab update: The Needs Review tab in the Proofs area will now only show proof review tasks that are in progress (not upcoming) for the logged in user.

Proof Folder Cleanup: Proof folders created under projects are now visible under the Team Proofs tab in the proofs area.

PW Requirement Update: Passwords now have new requirements:

  • At least 8 characters

  • One lowercase character

  • One uppercase character

  • One special character

  • One number

Note: These requirements apply to all new users setting up accounts and current users updating their passwords.
