Admins couldn't select a workflow type on a request

When 'All' was toggled in the proofing review task and one person approved it, the whole task color changed to green even though others still had to review the proof

Reviewer tasks couldn't be deleted unless they had been fully approved/rejected

Admins were able to set a user to active even though the user had not accepted their invite yet

The text on buttons was top aligned

New projects couldn't be saved due to validation errors
