Our clients asked for them and we delivered! Some of the features we released in August were (at best) irritating our clients and some were features that had been requested over the last few months. There are still some more in the bucket, but these were the most requested ones. 😎

When creating forms, the default system fields will now be displayed. This will help users avoid duplicating information already being gathered.

You're creating/approving a project and a task list is uploaded but you want to move tasks around ad hoc? Fret no more, now you can. Simply drag and drop tasks around to your heart's content.

Collaborators will now be able to see (but not edit) the description box within the "skinny project hub" so that they better understand the created project.

We have updated the whole look and feel of the proof review area and have some great improvements to show you.

Once a proof is uploaded, users can create their workflow right there on the proof by adding a task and selecting their workflow.

Once you've created a workflow you like, you can save the workflow as a template by clicking on the save button on the right.

Any proof task groups that you save will be stored in the Account Admin section under Task Groups. To make finding your task groups easier, we have split up the Proof and Project task groups into two distinct areas.

You might have a proof task group that you would like to use instead of creating a new one. Simply navigate to the Review tab in your proof and click on 'Load task group'.

As requested, we have increased the name column for the Project list and the Task list.

When searching for keywords, the Tasks have more context now.

Comments can now be resolved. Please note that the default view is 'unresolved comments'. To change the filter, simply quick on the funnel button.

Loading times for the project and task lists have decreased.

Users can now select multiple users/groups at one time.
