Deactivating/Activating Project Types, Task Groups, and Forms.
Do you have project types, task groups, and forms, that you haven't used in months but might need to use again in the future? Now, Admins can deactivate and activate them with a simple toggle. If the project type, task group, or form is deactivated, then it will not be selectable in the system.
Searching by Project IDs
When users search by project ID, both the project ID and the corresponding project name appear in the results.
Due Date Field can be Marked Required
When creating forms, the due date field is now able to be marked as a required field. Previously created forms can also be edited to make the due date field required.
Searching Proof Comments
So many comments, so little time. Users can now search for specific keywords within the proof comments.
Enhancements / Bug fixes
Project proof deletion will lead user back to proof tab in project
Only active users can be added to groups
Users in group review are able to view the proof
Collaborators can no longer see or select workflows
Collaborators and anonymous users do not appear in the ‘owners’ filter in the project list
Filter issues on specific job types has been fixed
Review tile will turn red if any of the reviewers reject a proof
