Many organizations find it useful to have additional choices for their proof reviewers beyond simply "Approved" or "Rejected." We are adding an option for a third decision for your proof reviewers: "Approved with Changes."

"Approved with Changes" can be useful on proofs where there are minor changes that need made. For example, a user could be pointing out a small grammatical or design error (like a missing comma, or using the wrong icon in a design). Approve with Changes allows them to easily indicate that the changes need to be made, and then the project can continue on, without needing to come back to that reviewer for another review.

If you are an "Account Admin," here's how you can enable "Approve with Changes" in your Workgroups DaVinci Pro system.

Click on your user icon and select "Account Admin"

Click and open the "Proof Settings" tab

In "Proof Settings" toggle on the "Approve with Changes" option
