At times, you may find it necessary to delete or deactivate multiple users at once. You may also want to place users into a group in bulk or re-activate a group of users.

Examples include:
Activate - An agency who you are re-engaging in a new project

Deactivate - An external or agency users who's project has ended and no longer need access to the system

Delete - Users who have requested their data be scrubbed from the system, or users who never used the system

Add to Group - Adding all of your designers to the "Designers" group.

Here's how you can make those bulk changes.

Click on your user icon and select "Account admin"

Click on the "Users" tab

Click the checkboxes next to the users you need to delete

Click on "Actions" and choose the appropriate bulk action.

NOTE: If you are "Deactivating" or "Deleting" users assigned to active or upcoming tasks, you will receive a warning like this.

You can go to your global tasks widget and find tasks associated to a user OR you can bulk reassign tasks when "Deactivating or "Deleting" a single user. Here is an article showing how to do so.
