Project, Proof and Task Enhancements

Approve with Changes

You can now give reviewers a third option with reviewing proofs - Approve with Changes

This setting can be turned on in the "Proof Settings" tab of the Account Admin area.

Attach files to comments on Projects, Proofs and Tasks!

Now, you can attach files to Proof, Project and Task comments. You also can attach files to Proof annotations. Just click the paperclip in the comment or annotation box and upload your file(s).

Previews for attachments and files

You can now preview images loaded in the activity feeds, as well as images loaded to the Project's Files tab. Just click on the image thumbnail.

Adjust column order in Global Project and Global Task lists

You can now adjust the order of the columns in the Global Projects & Task lists, making it easier to focus on what's important to you.

Filter tasks on a project by status

Now, you can easily filter out "Completed" tasks on your project with Project Workflow filtering.

Change user status in bulk

You are now able to "Activate," "Deactivate," and "Delete" multiple users at once. You can also put them into Groups.

Proof Annotations can now be marked as "Internal"

This hides the annotations from collaborators, and makes it viewable only by power users.

We've also added several other enhancements to Workgroups DaVinci Pro, including:

Text annotation improvements (Highlight, Remove, Replace, Insert)
The ability to remove tags from within the global Project and Task lists
Improvements to proof decision and assignment notifications
New warning messages if you leave areas of the system without saving
The ability to rename proof versions
In reports, columns with multiple values (ex. Owners, Tags) will now show as comma separated in a single column
Files submitted with a Request are now visible before the Request is approved
Styling changes to improve look and use of the application (ex. more "Help Text")
