One new feature that we have added to Workgroups DaVinci Pro recently is the ability to attach comments to the comments or activity feeds within a Project, Proof or Task.

This can be helpful when you need to provide additional context, or information. It can also be an easy way to share files with the Project team, while keeping track of what's been shared.

Here's how you can do that.

Project Activity Feed:

Open up a project and go to the "Project Hub" tab

Find the Activity/Comment feed and click on the paperclip/attachment button

Once you have attached your file, you will see a thumbnail preview. You can remove files by clicking the X in the upper left corner of the thumbnail.

Click post to save.

If the file is an image file, you will be able to preview the file by clicking on the thumbnail.

The file can be downloaded by clicking the arrow/download icon in the upper left of the thumbnail.

Proof Activity/Comment Feed

To attach files to proof comments, use the thumbnail in the annotation pop-up.

To attach files to proof comment in the sidebar, use the thumbnail icon in the comment.

Task Activity/Comment Feed

Open up the task modal and use the thumbnail in the feed.
