First we want you to know that the location of our Support Chat and Help Center has changed.

To search our help center, provide feedback or chat within Workgroups Pro:

Look at the top toolbar and click on the "?" icon.

From there you can go to our help center or open the chat window and talk with a member of our team as always.

Now, let's talk about some of the awesome features we've added to Workgroups DaVinci Pro.

Big Changes to the Home page widgets

My Projects widget

Now, from within the My Projects widget, Project Owners can see so much more than just the project name, status and due date.

We've added the ability to:

Star/Favorite Projects
See Project ID (Number)
See Current Active Task(s), as well as assignee(s)
Complete tasks in progress

Stay tuned for more enhancements to this widget, including project visibility for all users, not just project owners.

My Tasks widget

Now, from within the My Tasks widget, we've added the ability to:

See all task assignees
See, Complete and Create checklist items

Proofing Functionality

Administrators can now allow collaborative users to download proofs.

You asked for it, and we are thrilled to give it to you.

Your collaborative users are now able to download proof files. This is configured at the global level and instructions can be found HERE!

Styling Enhancements

Sidebar Hover Text

Now, you don't need to expand your sidebar if you don't know what an icon means. We continue to add hover text throughout the app. Little things can save valuable time.

Names when @mentioning now appear above the box (not below) in the activity feed.

This will ensure no names get cut off when mentioning.

Lastly, in the form builder, we've changed warning/error messages to not show up unless you make a mistake. No sense bothering you about something haven't done yet.
