If you are like many of our customers, you want to make it extremely simple for your reviewers to be able to access and review proofs.

One way to do this is to enable auto-login on proof review emails. Essentially, enabling this feature means that your reviewers won't have to remember a username and password to review proofs. They just click the link in the email and the system logs them in and takes them to the proof (they can't access any other area of workgroups without logging in).

If this sounds awesome to you, go ahead and:

Click on your user icon and select "Account Admin"

Click and open the "Proof Settings" tab

Find the "Auto-login" section and toggle on the "Auto-login for proof reviewers" option. You can also set how long you want the link to be active before it expires.
