Create a standalone proof

To create a proof that is not related to a project, either click the + sign next to Proofs in the sidebar or navigate to the Proofs section and click the + New proof button.

Create a proof within a project

To create a proof that is part of a project, open the project, navigate to the Proofs tab, and click + New proof.

Attach a proof, give the proof a name (default will be the file name), and click Create.

Assigning Reviewers

To add reviewers, navigate to the Review tab and click either + New Task or Assign reviewers. If you want to utilize a proof review template, click Load workflow.

Complete the review task fields (workflow type, task name, due date, assignees, decision type) and click Save.

Note: When the any decision type is selected, only one reviewer assigned to each review task is required to make a decision. If you need each reviewer to make a decision, then choose the all decision type option.
