Accidentally deleted or otherwise lost a workout from your plan? π± Don't fret! It's easy to get another copy. Here's how:
Go to Workouts and click on the plan you're doing
Half way down the page, click the Preview workouts button to see the full list of the workouts inside. Toggle between the 3 and 5 day version where applicable.
Click on the workout you're missing and when it opens, use the Add to my calendar button at the bottom to add a copy to your calendar on your chosen day.Β
