Move and copy workouts

Manage your calendar on your computer and mobile

Your training calendar is yours to manage. Here's how to move and copy workouts to make things fit your schedule:

πŸ’» On your computer:Β 

  • Mouse-over the title area of any workout and click, hold and drag to move it to a different day or to your Saved workouts drawer

  • Look for the Copy icon (overlapping squares) and click, hold and drag to duplicate the workout into a different spot

πŸ“± On your mobile: tap the three-dots icon on the far left of the workout bar to see move and copy options
