Your training calendar is yours to manage. Here's how to move and copy workouts to make things fit your schedule:
π» On your computer:Β
Mouse-over the title area of any workout and click, hold and drag to move it to a different day or to your Saved workouts drawer
Look for the Copy icon (overlapping squares) and click, hold and drag to duplicate the workout into a different spot
π± On your mobile: tap the three-dots icon on the far left of the workout bar to see move and copy options
