The workout plan I’ve chosen is too difficult. What can I do?

First of all – relax! There is nothing wrong with taking a step back. It's best to start with a plan with which you can use your full potential! No need to push yourself to a point where you’re no longer enjoying the workouts.

👉 Go to your calendar and hit Clear calendar in the bottom right to wipe it clean. Then head over to Workouts and pick a beginner plan you'll enjoy, and you’ll find that within a few weeks you’ll be attempting the challenging plan once again and smashing it!
