Walk! We all know how to do it (I personally feel that I walk quite well!). Buy a pedometer (they’re so cheap) or use one in your phone and begin tracking your steps. The average person burns 500 calories for every 10,000 steps they make. That may seem like a lot but you’ll be surprised – those steps certainly add up! Take your dog for an extra walk around the block; two birds, one stone! Boom! 💥
