I’m not losing weight. What am I doing wrong?

Probably not much! The first thing to do is relax and take a look at your current lifestyle. Are you being consistent with your calorie counting? Are you completing the weeks of workouts? If you answered yes to both of these questions and your weight still isn’t shifting, try to reduce your calories a little (300 calories or so) and give that another week or two (please don’t ever reduce to less than 1200 Calories per day as this could through your whole metabolism out of whack). Another thing to consider is your muscle mass. Remember, muscle occupies less space than body fat, but can make you seem heavier. Take regular body measurements using tape as well as monthly progress photos. You may find that your weight doesn’t change too much, yet your results do!
