The simplest ways is to avoid drinking your calories! Calories should fill you up, and drinks struggle to do that. If you start drinking your calories, you’re essentially missing out on food that could be much more nutritious and filling. So, when it comes to drinking – stick with water and coffee / tea (no added sugar). Stay away from sodas (including diet ones, they are bad for you in their own way) and if you drink juice, best to consume freshly pressed stuff that will give you some delicious fiber!
