Deadlifts are your new best friend. In fact, the world seems to think that squats are number one for building up those glutes, and even though squats are awesome for butt work, deadlifts are the way to go. Start out with dumbbells and work your way up to barbells for both squats and deadlifts. Be safe! Be sure to check out exercise instructions or look up proper form on YouTube before attempting.
