Customer Learning Cloud: Reporting definitions for your Academy data

In your Customer Learning Cloud, you can report on data organized by Contacts, Trainings, Certifications or Paths.

This article will cover definitions for each of the filter and column options for the newly-implemented Report Builder for Trainings. Please review this article on how to navigate to the Report Builder and build reports.

FAQ

Q: Why do some learners have a null value in the Time Spent column?

A: These are calculated daily and if the value is 0 or '--' this is most likely due to the user having WorkRamp in the background and not actively on the browser page

Q: Is the data available in real-time from platform to the Report Builder?

A: There is a 30-minute delay between action & data population
