There are certain features that are only accessible depending on which platform you are using.

Billing and company plan info is only available to account owners outside of the iOS app. If you want to change the plan you're on or if you need to upgrade your account, you'll need to do that on the website, which you can get to by visiting

Conversely, you should only upload/record videos from the iOS app. While you do have an option to do it on desktop, that will significantly degrade the quality of the video.
