Another way to attract more applicants is by sponsoring your job posting. Workstream integrates with job boards like Indeed and ZipRecruiter, allowing you to publish and sponsor job postings directly from the platform.
All job postings are reviewed by Workstream within 24–48 hours to help ensure compliance with job board policies and prevent potential removal.
💡Before sponsoring your job, take a moment to check your Talent Network. This free tool helps you reconnect with past applicants or former team members who might already be a great fit.
These candidates are easy to miss — but reaching out to them first can quickly fill your pipeline and save on paid promotions.
Sponsor a job post
⚠️ If you haven’t yet, you need to set up or link your account before posting and sponsoring on specific job boards.
Go to Team View, then Sourcing Tools.
In the Sponsored job boards section, select Sponsor a job posting.
Select the brand, location, and position you want to sponsor, then select Next.
(Optional) Under Invite qualified prospects to apply, select the arrow to view and invite recommended prospects.
Note: These are suggested based on how closely a prospect’s profile and resume match your job posting. Recommendations also take into account proximity to the job location and any smart tags associated with the prospect. Prospects you’ve already invited won’t be shown again.
Browse the list of recommended prospects.
Select Preview invite to view and customize the invitation in three formats:
Email (Desktop view)
Email (Mobile view)
Text message (SMS view)
Select Invite all to send invitations to everyone, or remove individual prospects you don’t want to invite.
Pick a job site to sponsor to, or use the search bar to find specific job boards you're interested in.
Important: Pricing depends on the job board and location, so check the pricing for each board before posting.
To publish or unpublish your job posting, toggle the switch next to the job board.
When you see a yellow clock icon next to a job posting marked as Published, it indicates that the post is currently under review.
