You can add, edit, or remove stages to fit specific hiring needs, ensuring flexibility across different roles.
Each stage can be enhanced with automation, such as sending messages, scheduling interviews, or triggering next steps, reducing manual work and improving efficiency.

Add a new stage in your hiring process
💡 To follow these steps in order, Check the article on how to creating and updating a hiring process first.
In the Stages tab, feel free to add more stages in hiring processes by clicking ⨁ Add new stage. Otherwise, you can keep the default stages if you think this is suitable for your job postings.
Note: You are provided three default Stages at the onset of template creation — Applicant form stage, Scheduling stage, and Hiring complete stage. The Applicant form stage cannot be deleted.
Select a stage type and add a name to it.
Drag the new stage to its place in the hiring flow.
Tip: You can also modify the order of the other stages.
Manage the stages in your hiring process
In the Stages tab, feel free to edit any of the Stages' details if you need to perform some edits.
For removing Stages, please take note that the Applicant form stage cannot be deleted
⚠️ If a hiring stage you're trying to delete has applicants, a pop-up will appear prompting you to move the applicants to another stage before being able to delete. Rejected Applicants will be moved as well.
