View and edit forms (Beta)

Workstream US app for Managers — View, edit, and publish forms. Update drafts or existing forms and keep your team’s documents up to date.

Need to update a form or publish a draft? The Workstream US app makes it simple to keep your forms accurate and ready to use.

You can view existing forms, make changes, and publish drafts in just a few taps.


Here's how to manage your forms:

  1. Open the Workstream US app.

  2. Go to the Forms page. Your app layout may look different because your organization might have different features enabled. Follow the instructions that match what you see:

    • If your app uses a sidebar menu

      1. Tap the ≡ menu icon in the upper-left corner.

      2. Select Forms.

    • If your app has a bottom navigation bar

      1. Go to the Work homepage, then tap Forms.

  3. Find and tap the form you want to view or edit.

    • Edit forms

      1. Tap the Pencil icon at the upper-right corner.

      2. Make the changes you want to apply to this form, then Save.

    • Edit and publish drafts
      If you have drafted forms, they will show up in your forms list.

      1. Tap the unpublished drafts you have.

      2. Tap the form you want to publish.

      3. Make the changes you want to apply to this form, then Save.
