In the Workstream US app, you can archive forms that are no longer needed. Once archived, the form can’t be assigned to new team members, though any existing tasks using it will remain active until completed.
Archived forms can be viewed anytime from the Forms menu under the Archived section.
Here's how to archive forms:
Open the Workstream US app.
Go to the Forms page. Your app layout may look different because your organization might have different features enabled. Follow the instructions that match what you see:
Find and tap the form you want to archive.
Tap 🗑️ Archive at the upper-right corner.
Tap Archive form.
To view your archived forms, go back to the forms home menu.
Tap the three-dot menu •••, then Archived.
