Keep your team organized and make sure important updates reach the right people with the Manager Logbook.
You can create notes with text, photos, categories, and privacy settings, and use @mentions to notify specific team members.
Here's how to create a note:
Open the Workstream US app.
Go to the Manager Logbook page. Your app layout may look different because your organization might have different features enabled. Follow the instructions that match what you see:
If your app uses a sidebar menu
If your app has a bottom navigation bar
Tap the ⊕ New note icon.
Fill out the notes form:
Choose a location.
Type your note at the text box.
Use @mentions to tag a team member in the note. They’ll be notified and see that they were mentioned.
(Optional) Tap the 📷 camera icon to upload a photo.
Set the privacy settings:
Public: Anyone working at the location can see it.
Confidential: Only selected workers and management staff can see it.
Management only: Only managers can view or be notified. It won’t be shown in the worker’s record.
Choose an existing category or tap + New category to create one.
Tap Save when you're done.
