If you have failed a course, you must use the Registration Tool to register to repeat the course. A maximum of 2 course failures are permitted over the duration of the entire MScFE program. The Registration Tool tracks the number of Repeats and repeated courses as noted with an "R" in your transcript.

A course failure in the MScFE560 Financial Markets course does not count against your maximum of 2 course failures during the duration of the MScFE program as you are not considered matriculated at that time. Furthermore, those failures are not reflected in your transcript.

Keep in mind that you are allowed a maximum of 3 attempts to successfully pass the Financial Markets course before your MScFE application is voided. Note this includes canceling, withdrawing, or failing the course. If you exhaust your 3 attempts, you will need to restart the application and retake the Quantitative Proficiency Test.
